The Dow-Jones is Bullish at LT, Bearish at MT and uncertain at ST.
He just reached its 10 400 resistance and is hesitating.
At medium term, if the prices go below 10 368 (last lowest on january 24), then the fall towards 10 100 / 10 000 would be inevitable.
